  • WHERE IS MY ORDER?
    Jewellery will be dispatched within 3 business days Custom made jewellery can take up to 7 business days Clothing will be dispatched within 15 business days If your clothing order has not arrived, please refer to your tracking or reference number and contact the shipping provider named in your dispatch email
  • WHERE DO I FIND MY ORDER CONFIRMATION?
    Once your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email Please check your junk email if necessary Once the order has been sent you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking reference
  • HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
    If you have purchased International Tracked postage you will receive a tracking number and be able to follow the progress of your order from our office to delivery. If you have ordered UK Standard or Signed or International Standard Postage you will receive a reference number but be unable to track the progress of your parcel
  • WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS LOST?
    We are not responsible for lost parcels once your order leaves Angry Dollz Please contact the shipping provider documented in your despatch email for further information and help
  • CAN I EXCHANGE CLOTHING IF IT DOES NOT FIT?
    Unfortunately as each item is custom made, and due to hygiene concerns, we are not able to offer refunds, exchanges or credit on garments
  • WHAT IF MY JEWELLERY ARRIVES BROKEN?
    All jewellery is checked by our in house quality control before it leaves our company. Please contact your shipping provider for information and help for any goods damaged in transit
  • DELAYED SHIPPPING
    Delivery times given on the website have been provided by the shipping provider but are not guaranteed. If you have any questions please contact the shipping provider directly for information about your parcel
  • WHAT SHALL I DO IF I HAVE AN ISSUE WITH MY ORDER?
    We do not accept returns or exchanges however should there be an issue with your garment we offer a 14 day policy for minor alterations.
